3. Reservations and Payment

• Payment: All payments must be made in full at the time of reservation. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and debit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Customers can cancel their reservations up to 24 hours before the scheduled rental time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the rental cost.

5. Rental Terms

• Vehicle Use: The rented vehicle must only be used for lawful purposes. Off-road driving and racing are strictly prohibited.
• Driver Requirements: Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement are allowed to operate the vehicle.
• Insurance: Customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle is adequately insured. TM Auto Rental offers optional insurance coverage.

6. Liability

• TM Auto Rental is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the rental period, including personal injury, property damage, or theft.
• Customers are responsible for any damages to the vehicle while in their possession and must report any incidents immediately.

7. Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date and time. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Customers are responsible for refueling the vehicle before return. A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the time of rental.

9. Modifications to Terms
